1) Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the Ethics and Organizational Behavior Club website (the “Site”) and its services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) About the platform
This Site is a student-led platform for the Ethics and Organizational Behavior Club affiliated with the School of Education & Behavioral Studies.
3) Eligibility
The Site is intended for university community members and invited participants. The Site is not directed to children under 13.
4) Accounts (signup & login)
To access member features, you must create an account using your name and university email and set a password (minimum 8 characters).
During signup, you must agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and you may optionally:

consent to sharing your profile with club leaders for event organization, and/or
-
opt in to email updates about upcoming events.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5) Community conduct (forum, activities, competitions)
The Site includes community and engagement features, including a forum that requires login to post.
You agree not to:

harass, threaten, or discriminate against others

post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or privacy-invading content

attempt unauthorized access or disrupt Site operation

manipulate, cheat, or exploit games/leaderboards or scoring systems
We may remove content and restrict accounts to maintain a respectful academic environment.
6) Games and scores
The Site offers games and assessments, and scores are saved to your profile automatically and may appear in rankings/leaderboards.
7) User content
If you submit content (such as forum posts), you are responsible for what you share. You grant the Site a non-exclusive license to host and display your content within the Services for community operations.
8) Emails and updates
If you opt in to event emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those messages or by contacting support@eob-club.com.
9) Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. You can accept all cookies or decline optional cookies using the cookie notice controls.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
